Who will be the legal heir to father's property in HUF

Hindu Arora Family If the whole property is on father's name then after his death who is the actual legal heir/ owner of his whole property 1)wife 2)son 3) daughter If son and his wife doesn't take care of mother and claims the property than what should mother's do(father's wife) in order to safeguard her.
hello dear, the answer of your query is that if the property is self acquired property of your father and he died without making any will then all the legal heirs will be he equal shareholders in alleged property. and if the son is not taking care of his mother then the mother has full right to transfer her share of property to any person.

when father died without wasiyat then wife , son , and daughters have equal share in the property . if son and her wife doesn't take care of mother then mother cannot interfere in the share of sons but in this mater mother and daughter have equal share as 6 of 4 . daughter transfer her share in the name of her mother or secondly mother also file the case of maintenance against sons.
