Who have rights on father in law's property

Hum bengali hindu hu.Mere sasur unke 3bhai k name pe ghar lia hua hai. Unke khud ka 2bete hai. Mere husband bara beta. Is hisab se 2 beto ko kis tarah se ghar ka bhag milega?? Aur kisko kitna milega ghar ka hissa?? Mera devar bahut badmas hai. Kya woh sasur se pura hissa likhwa le sakta hai as per the law? Agar aosa hua toh law k hisab se hum logo ko kya karna parega??
A self acquired property can be disposed of by the owner of the property as per his wish. In the present case, if the property was acquired by your father in-law and the same is in his name only then it can be transferred to anyone he wishes to and that may not even be his son. Otherwise after his death the property would be inherited by his two brothers by way of succession.

Pahle to aap ne nahi bataya ki aapka sasur ji jinda hai kya? Agar jinda hai toh puri property ka 1/3rd milega, and agar apke sasur ki death hogai ho to apke husband ko 1/3rd ka half hisa milega. Jo ki apko land se calculate hoga.
