Who has to produce the BLRO porcha developer or seller

At the time of selling a plot of land who should produce the BLRO Porcha - the Developer or the Seller(s) ? We have the Title Deed and the Mutation Certificate and Tax Receipts in our name. The developer is asking us to provide the BLRO Porcha without which he cannot get plan sanction. Also, who has to bear the cost ? [Hindu]

BLRO porcha is necessary so that your developer can take loan from bank to complete the whole project... Now it also means that you don’t stay in corporation area of Kolkata...what you need is re-bargaining from your side with the developer and kindly in every bargain from your side appoint a lawyer(you will be surprise to know that even after paying the lawyer) you will be smiling and kindly don’t ask this type of question which has no straight answer... if you think you want our help contact us through lawrato
