Who can be the legal heir of my parent's property

My Father is a Sunni Muslim and mother is a Christian.I am the only daughter to my parents. My father has only one wife i.e my mother, he has four brothers. He has a house (bungalow type) of his own earnings. My question is who will be the ere to his house?

If your father passes away intestate then the rights over the bungalow be devolved as follows. 12.5% upon your mother, 9.38% each to 4 brothers and 50% to to you. If he writes a will then the distribution will take place as per the contents of the will.
