Who all have shares in the ancestral property of the father

10-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather had a property .he died in 1972.he had three sons including my father. On disputes they entered into a family settlement in 1988 however that was not registered. My father died in 2008 leaving me(anupama) and one brother.after my fathers death my brother did not maintsined relations with me. In 2010 my brother and two of my uncles got into another family partition and got that registered. In that partition deed my name was not mentioned at all. Hoever it was mentioned that my father made a will in dec 2007 in which he gave that property to my brother. My questions are Whether i have a share in the property of my father. Whether my father can give whole property or his share only. Will has never bren shown to me and even on death of my fathet i was not informed of will. Whether my father waa capable of making will of my share which i got by virtue of 2005 amendment w.e.f. 1973(year in which i was born). Or whether i m covered u/s 221 of hindu law

Sir as per you querry I am telling that according to the Hindu successions act the property is divided between his son and daughter equally after the 2005 act so after 2005 act you can get the property equally.
