Which local authority is authorized to cancel patta made by panchayat

I want to know about,whose local authority is the authorised for a unauthorised patta cacellation.The patta made by panchayat without a leagal family devidation.
Cancellation of Patta issued by Panchayat can be challenged but it depends upon the circumstances and fact of each case. Further the State laws are different in each state. For proper legal advise you should contact with all the documents with you.

Additional Collector is the competent authority who can cancel patta issued by gram panchayat. the Additional Collector while exercising power under Section 97 of Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 read with Rule 167 of Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996 can cancel patta. but, you have to make an application taking all your proof that the patta issued by gam panchayat is bad in law and non est because of non compliance of the mandatory procedure.
