i purchased agriculture land from my brother which is given by my father and patta is on my father name ,how can i get patta or registration from my father and which is most favourable plz explain
You have to write an application regarding the purchase and change of name in patta book and pahanies to mandal revenue officer and regional divisional officer and submit your document it will be transfered in your name.
