Which deed should submitted to buyer original or certified photocopy

The buyers are asking for mother deeds.. should give the original or a certified photocopy? Pls suggest

In case you are handing over the documents for the purpose of the buyer to do a due diligence please handover only photocopies. The original documents are to be handed over to the buyer only at the time of registration of the sale deed.

1. It is always advisable to give xerox copy or certified photocopy.

2. If the buyer asking only for orginal mother deed then I suggest you to get him signed on an agreement.

3. You may get in touch with local lawyer on the same.
