Whether an immovable property in the name of a Hindu wife and her son gives legal heir right to husband, in case of death of wife, for the part of wife.
Yes, on the death of the wife the husband become the legal representative of the property , left by the deceased wife. You are the co-sharer with your child in the property left by your deceased wife.
