Whether is it safe to buy Inam service land or not?

13-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)

I am planning to purchase a site in bangalore but I could see from the sale deed that "Originally land was service Inam land and it was granted to vendor by Thasildhar Anekal Taluk vide order no VOA 165/80-81" and khata was transferred as per MR no 2/80-85. " This site is a part of layout which is panchayat approved and is having E-Khata. "e-Swathu" website is showing that "This Property Can be Registered" want to check whether it is a valid land to buy

A site forming part of a residential layout that is duly converted from agriculture to non-agriculture residential purposes and originally shown to as Grant Land by the Inam of that village in favour of the vendor is valid and legal, further more you state that the plot has also a E-Katha certificate issued by the Village Panchyath office signalling that the plot can be registered in your name.
Therefore I would say it is quite safe to buy this plot from the land owners.
