First of all, please do note that no succession certificate is required in respect of Immovable properties only a Suit for Declaration shall be sufficient. Court shall be required to serve notices to all the legal heirs of the deceased and also to General public by publishing the same in News paper. Case shall be filed in Gurgaon only.

Hello, I received your query for succession certificate of property. But your property is immovable property and in your case the property shall be transferred through declaration suit. Also in succession certificate you have to register the certificate after payment of stamp duty. The court shall send the notice or summons to every legal heirs. You can contact for further discussion.
