Opinion: Get your documents like allotment letter, possession letter, perpetual lease, identity card, affidavits and submit it to the DDA. Then get your conveyance deed with required stamp paid. After that they will provide a TR 6 form, fill it and submit it to the Sub-Registrat's office with the stamped conveyance deed. You cam consult in case of query.
