what will be the share when house registration is on two persons name

My question is .. Our house is taken on housing loan with a family understanding saying that one has to pay the loan (17.8 k per month) and the other son has to take care of the all the other expenses(which is nearly 30+ k per month) but after 5 years the son who is paying the loan is trying to cheat the family saying that the house belongs to only him though the house registration is on both the sons name. What rights will the other son have now to fight for?
wither you signed on the loan papers, if the property is on two persons name how he got loan on his name .the other person will have equal right on the property. you can claim right on the property in court.
