What to do my sister asks to leave the property which we are living on

Myself s , my elder sister. She is singapore pr. My family living in my sister land more than 40 years. Now my sister asking to leave the place or give current value of land (40 lac). we are said we will give 10 lac. That land given to my sister by our father. Questions 1.if i file on court i will benefit or not ? 2. If I get benefit how much I will get? 3.Give me suggestions please sir
There is no need to vacate the place because you are living there for a ling period of time and ask her to take steps to vacate you . She can not easily do it . She is an absentee land lord and you are the real owner .

You stayed in the property of your sister with her permission and to look after the property on behalf of her, so if she files and eviction suit against you. Court will allow her case. If you stayed in her property hostile to her, but with out her permission or concent, then law of adverse possession will favor you. The property was originally belonged to your father is no way help you.
