What to do my father brother has committed fraud

This query is on behalf of my father. During their property dustribution among their brothers, one plot was decided mutually amoung all elders between my dad and his younger brother. Vatni patra is also signed for the same by all brothers. Now suddeny my daddys elder brother has secretly added his name During transfer of land from panchayat to muncipality by bribeing. Now what can we do.
File a suit against him for the fraudulent transfer of the property. Show the vatni patra as evidence and also your father's other brothers as witness before court and prove that your uncle has done an fraud without the knowledge of your father . Contact advocate
