What to do if their is a dispute regarding agricultural land

12-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather transfered(Registered deed) some agriculture land to me in Feb 2018 in Haryana. But the problem is that a relative is taken this land since 2008 on lease but his intentions is not to vacate. I don't want him(relative) to continue. Also since tranfer date I have not given any consent or agreement (no money taken) to him(relative) to continue but he is continue on lands. What are the steps i want to take to remove him (relative) so that i able to take self full control (Vacate him) of my agriculture land. Please suggest.

sir / madam please tell me whiche village this property is situated . if this property is in join khewat than you go in tehsildar / s.d.m. court for partition / taksim. if this property already partitioned than you move an application before a.d.m/ d.c.

as stated by you that the relative has taken the agricultural land on lease since 2008, was it done by way of a registered lease agreement or otherwise. If your grand father has executed a registered lease deed then you can act in terms of the lease agreement as you rights flow from the rights of your grand father meaning thereby that you have only stepped into the shoes of your grand father and your right and liabilities are the same of your grand father.
