What to do if seller is denying any sale between us

Hello Sir/Madam. Here the seller is opposing us after selling his property to us. He is cheating us & saying that I didn't sell the property to you even after payment and chage of name in govt records has been done. To stop the argument between us and seller. Can any permanent order be given by court, like injunction order. For any other information contact me please. Thank you.
yes we can take orders from the court , it depends on by what way you purchased the property. that means by way of registrar or by way of mutation or by way of court. or by way of simple sale deed with out seeing the documents we cannot came to a conclusion.

Sir does the so called property has got registered.? Who are in the possession if the property .
Possession is regarded as 9 points in law out of 10. If you have legally purchased fora valuable consideration then he cannot do anything to you or the property because for the property you are the sole and absolute owner.
