What to do if my brothers are trying demolish the house

Hello sir recently my father passed away . My grandfather had four child .Our home is listed on paper for our grandfather .So as much as I know my father and his three brothers have equal rights on the property. My father's one brother have made a house on some portion on that property .And the house is about to be completed as it is ready for living.so can I still urge a stay order on that .And another brother of my father is also thinking to build a house on some of the left portion .Do they have right to damage our house .So what should I do . Should I take a objection on his map of building .Hope you will understand
