What to do if my brother is not giving me share in my father property

my father are two brothers. one brother are died few month previous. he has no child but he are adopt my brother only orally not on legal paper. my brother say all property is my related. But all activity of ceremony done by me he has not particpate in his activity
As per the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, an adopted son would have the same status as a real son in inheritance, however, as you are saying that your brother has not been legally adopted so he can't be called an adopted son simply on the basis of any oral acceptance made by your uncle. Hence, the property of your uncle would be transferred as per the law of inheritance and not go only to your brother.

Do family partition is done between your father and his brother.if no then first it should be done then after all of you have right in your father property as it is inherited property.you should have to file civil suit for same
