What to do if a person has got stay order on my house

Dear Sir, I have a House which was I have get from Share out from My Father in Law Now Some body Comming to me and tell that My Father in law already sale this house to him 20 Year before and they have also registered sale deed . I have Possession on this House Since My Marrige and That Person get Stay Order on this Property from Court I want to Sale this House Please Advice me.
Sir, if you have got this house from father in law and you have all the papers regarding this property then you can file a civil case against this stay order in the court that it has taken the stay order in fradullant means

Hello. You are in very good state now as you are in possession of the said property. Firstly how is the property transferred to you. Keep all your transfer documents ready. As you are in possession from so many years and that person has not then you have to get his sale deed cancelled. File a suit before the appropriate court and get that sale deed cancelled and injunction and get your right declared don't let like the possession in any case be taken away from you. So the suit will be for cancellation of sale deed, declaration of your right and injunction against the other.
