What to do if a brother transfer the property without informing

My Brother Transfer my property to any other without informing me....i am not present in this case ...and i am not agree for this.
U need not worry if the property is in it name,ur brother can't transfer it to other until u allow him to do so through power of attorney etc.Transfer of ur share in property is void and nullity on this ground so don't worry if he does so,it would be cancelled by court.
