What to do for property dispute between brothers

We have already filled property dispute case with mutual agreement in the court to divide our property. But this division is not at all fare so wanted to request court to divide our property. How much time court need ? Do i need to take back the case which is already filled? What is the best way, do we request from DM office or court.
Plz tell me which type property you have agricultural,non agricultural, residential plot,commercial plot and when you filed the partitions suit then what was the problem how can you say that division is not fare please show the all related document then I will suggest you better

If you are obtaining the property by way of inheritance then first of all you should obtain succession certificate from the court and legal heir certificate from SDM office. After that you can file a suit for partition in court and the court will initially pass a preliminary decree for equal division of property between you and your brother and later on pass a final decree distributing the property by metes and bounds.
