What ti do if GHMC is not giving permission of the building

Hi, I have submitted a building permission request to GHMC and the TPO has given shortfall stating that they need link document. The plot was first registered in 1990 and is under our name since then, the TPO is rejecting the patta document as link by statting that it is not mentioned in the 1990 document that the patta land of 1 acre is divided and the particular plot is part of the original 1 acre please help !
The only remedy which you have is to approach High Court by filing a writ petition and seek a direction to consider you building permission application. Also try to get link document of your vendor by tracking through Encumberance Certificate. So that the problem can be resolved.
