Could you specify about the covenant?
If you are talking about a prenuptial/ post nuptial agreement, it’s not valid in India..
If not, then you could use it in appropriate procedures as per the rulings laid out.
But without knowing the clauses of the said covenant, it’s hard to elucidate you further about the process and procedures regarding your claim.
