What rights do children have on fathers self acquired property

11-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
I am oldest of the 2 brothers and our Mother is the 1st wife of our Father, who died 15 years ago. My father re-married and have 2 daughters from second wife. We do not have good terms with our father any longer, and now my father wants to sell-off his self acquired property (registered on his name only), to have the daughters get married. My only question is, since the property is entirely his self-acquired property as his Children do we have any right on the property (OR the grand children have any right on this property) to claim? My brother has been living in my father's property for more than 20 years with his wife and kids and doesn't have any property of his own. But my father is now trying to force them to move out. Will he or his kids, can exercise any legal action, like asking for a stay on selling the house etc.? please advise...
