Hindu Family. We are a family of four- Dad, Mom, Boy & Girl. (Father is alive)
What percentage of share does each of them get in ancestral property?
Does mother also gets a share? or only the property is divided between Father, son & Daughter?
In an Ancestral property the family divides amongst themselves equally what you will father receives as his his share.
Your father, Uncles and Aunts and Grandmother will receive equal share from your grandfather.
You, your sister and mother will receive equal share from your father.

Hello!
When your father is alive only he can get equal share in ancestral property along with his mother (if alive), brothers and sisters (who are alive). If any of your father's brother or sister is dead their son, daughter, husband/ wife, mother/ father who are alive will get his share and that share of dead person will be equally distributed among their successors. you will get your father's share after his death along with your mother, sister and brother.
