What next after an fir is lodged under Section 159/17

My self NITIN HAJARE, from Delhi, in 2014 I was booked flat in ghazibad, and builder office in Delhi all payment made in Delhi, after 2 years was found no construction complete and builder no give response and after search i was found product sealed by GDA. For this reason not working in progress, after I am file complain in district consumers court south Delhi, and recently 31.5.2017 I am did Fir against builder in New friends colony, Delhi police station, but builder not given me my money back still date , so help me.
