What legal rights over Property of Deceased Grandmother

We live in the property of our deceased grandmother.....A will was made by my grandfather but although we have an affidavit of a transfer paper from Grandmother to Grandfather's name..it was never initiated......Can we continue staying by not transferring the property..HINDU

You hv not stated in whose favor will was executed. In case in ur favor u can enjoy without getting it transfered otherwise will should be executed by way of legal means filing petition in the court where property situate.
