Ye ek civil suit ka matter hai jisme aap sabhi ka pura hissa hai to iske liye aapko court m case file karke apne hisse k liye civil suit file karna padega. Is matter k liye aap kisi civil k ache advocate se sampark kare.

GrandFather ki property me sabhi legal heirs ka barabar his sa hota hai. Yadi aapke uncle Aapko aapka hissa nahi de rahe to aap unke khilaf partition ka daava kar sakate hai aur apna hissa claim kar sakte hai

As per Muslim law, the girl get the half of what boy gets
for example if there are 2 brothers and 2 sisters along with mother alive at the timeof fathers death.
then first 1/8 share of mother will be deducted from all the property
thereafter 2 share of 1 brother and 1 share of 1 suster that means 2+2+1+1=6 shares
thus property will be devided in to 6 shares both brother will get 2/6 share and both sister will get 1/6 share
i hope this answers your query
