How much it would cost for my father to register his flat in my husband's name.....if he register in my name,what is the registration fee
Dear Sir,
The Normal tariff for registering the property is 7 stamp duty +4 percent registration charges.In toto the total
cost of registration is 11 on the registered value of the property. You may have to bear typing charges of
documents, miscellaneous expenses at the Sub REgistrar's office etc. The above rate is applicable in Tamil Nadu
only.
