What is the procedure to register a property bought in slum area

is registration as per registration act required for property purchased in slum area...if yes then please state whole procedure..(hindu)
it depends on what is the property type. If it a slum dwelling it cant be registered as per the registration act however if its a structured property than you will have to register it. Else you can execute documents and get it registered notarise.
