What is the procedure to get stay on masterplan of municipality

I want to object the masterplan of municipality before its drafting stage itself by getting stay.is it possible
yes you can file a suit or writ with the Honourable HIgh court of your state and you need to issue a notice challenge the master under section 379 of ap municipalities act if it is in ap and if it is municipal corporation then under section 685 of the municipal corporation act

Yes it is possible if you have tenable grounds against the municipality at the present draft stage you have to file the case for main relief as change in the master-plan and also file petition for seeking stay .
