File a suit for partition and injunction in sr division civil court where the property is situated. Partition suit is lengthy process of laws, but you can try to speedy disposal by filing an expedite petition in High Court after one year of lower court filing.

It appears that your grandpa and his brother died intestate leaving behind your father and the other grandpa's son's and daughter as their legal heirs and representatives. As per hindu law if the property where you are residing is the sole property of your grand pa in that event you may file trespassers suit for eviction against the other party , but if the property is in joint name of both the grand pa in that event you have to file an application for partition of the property through court and for the same you may seek advise from your local counsel of the area where you reside. Court will certainly help you out by granting direction and/or appointing receiver who will execute the partition in terms of the order of the court.
