What is the procedure for adoption and divorce

Respected sir, I want to know about adoption of myself. I am leaving In hindupur with my adopted mother she did not adopted legally I am already married but my husband Is not leaving with me and I have not taken divorce also even he applied for divorce 4 years back.
You have to file a case against your husband for divorce and then you have to file a case against him for adoption and you can also claim maintenance for the betterment of your health and if you have child

you said that your husband filed the case for divorce , if you give consent you can get divorce and about adoption you can file a declaration suit and get the degree from the court and make your adoption valid.
