Dear Sir/Madam, first of all there is no value for MOU in the eye of law, but it will be used for the some transactions for proof of among between the parties only, it is not authenticated document. You will enter in to an Agreement for the same, it will be register as per Indian Registration Act by paying stamp duty as per stamp duty act. You have to refer the sub-registrar website for the same.
