What is the difference between legal heir and nominee?

Is legal heir and nominee same? Is appointing a nominee enough or is a will necessary?

hi,
legal heir is the legal descendant of the person who has expired.
nominee and legal heir are two different things. It is not necessary that only a legal heir can be a nominee.
will is necessary to avoid confusion and conflicts in future between the family of the deceased person.

Legal heir can be a nominee also. However they stands and different footing under the law. Appointing a nominee is not sufficient and executing a will is advisable. You may consult us for further documentation and legal advise.
