What is procedure to rectify gift deed

There was a gift deed between my sister and me, but we have specified the premise number wrong in the address.For example, Its mentioned as 76 instead 76B. Approximately how much should the whole process of a rectification deed cost, including stamp duty and registration charges if applicable.

For general mistakes like spelling mistakes, the stamp duty and registration charges are Rs 100 each. In case the rectification deed relates to the area, the names of the parties or the extent of the property, the stamp duty and registration charges will be 0.5% of the market value of the property.

It will cost you 2.1percent and rectification deed need to be made where previous mistake should be rectified .This cost include stamp duty and registration fees as well.For gift deed it is 2.1percent which include stamp duty and registration fees.
