what happens if non sra tenants dont vacate

plot declared slum by mhada in 1978, But building is ground plus first floor as concrete structure. Total 38 Tenants on ground and 27 Tenants on first floor with 70 Yrs old bldg.now sra authority has made eligible to ground floor with 2.94 FSI and first floor tenants are non eligible but developer has to give from sale quota.now developer making single wing for all. How can sra tenants and non sra tenants can be accomadated in single blde when rules are diff for both.what care should be taken while preparing agreement before vacating rooms?what happens if non sra tenants dont vacate.pl guode

the builder is trying to cheat you all with constructing one single building instead of separate buildings.
you will have to file complaint against the developer with the SRA and inform the SRA about this illegalities.
You will also have to check whether SRA has approved this arrangement to help the developer.
If the SRA has approved such single building then you will have to approach the Court for getting the appropriate reliefs.
