I wish to fill forms for member ship transfer In a coop hsg society in vashi navi mumbai. Which forms

There are 6-7 forms many of them are on stamp paper including undertaking and namely they are under by laws in appendix 20 (1), 20(2), 13, 21, 23, 3, 25(1) and 25(2) all this forms, undertaking declaration needs to be given in the society jointly by seller and buyer many of them are on stamp paper and all of them needs to be notarized and verified, also with a possession letter giving possession alongwith transfer fees of 25,000.
