I am Secretary of a Society. It's a 'Plot Purchase Society' we 60 people come together and purchased a plot and developed three buildings and allotted flats to the members who are members at the time of formation of the society. one of the member refused to take the flat due to financial problems we paid his payment which he claimed (Membership fees & other charges). Now Society want to sale the flat, please guide me the procedure to sale the flat. As a Secretary what procedure i should follow?

If member of Society refurbished to accept membership and society has paid all the necessary amount to member in return of flat in this situation society have to obtain registered document from member that he is releasing all rights to society than by passing resolution of Society by way of registered sale deed you can sale the said flat.

In normal procedure as flat is lying vacant, society can pass a resolution that the said flat would be sold and the money would be distrubuted or adjusted with future maintenance. Post that resolution, the authorised member can sell the flat.
Which sell deed you will have to execute all the documents/agreements/conveyance deed/etc.
