What can be done if builder is not responding to legal notice

What should be the next step if builder didn’t reply to a legal notice sent regarding not finishing the plotted development project?

Respected here you have three option 1. You can file a cheating complaint against the said builder before the jurisdictional police station or you can file a Private complaint also against the said builder. 2. In case if you want to recover the amount that you paid to him, You can file a case against him for recovery before the Civil Court. 3. You can also file a complaint against him before the Consumer case claiming damages on the ground of deficiency in Service . I hope it is better and speedy.
