What are the rights of uncles on fathers self acquired property?

My father has 3 brothers.when they were in joint my father purchased a plot on his own money.now my father is no more .All the rest plots were divided at the time of division except my father's purchased one.this plot is registered in the name of my father.now all my uncle pressuring me to give the share on the same plot too.sir kindly suggests me what to do. Is they are legally authorized
No they are not entitled to have the right on the purchased land of your father, if the property was not being purchased from the joint income of Hindu Undivided Family. Since you have mentioned that partition has already been taken place among the brothers and the said partition was acted upon there is no need to worry. keep silence watch the situation deny any share on the property.

They are not entitled at all to share in your father's property. Blatantly deny them from giving any share and serve them with a legal notice through a lawyer specifically warning them not to disturb you mental peace by demanding illegal share in property.

As per law of the land it is general presumption that property brought by anybody under any body's name belongs to HUF and all shareholder have equal right over it. But if it has been proved that the property brought through income/saving of a particular person , it can not claimed by other HUF members. Therefore, meet so that further just and proper opinion can be given.
