Wat r the documents require to send legal notice to my brother n sister who lives in mymoms house who died now n house on her name ...they r not gvng us death certificate n light bill of that house...now where do we arrange these papers....we dnt hv servise no to get light bill also...can property tax paper can b used instead of light bill to send notice
