What are the criteria on which NOC can be denied by the society member

Hi, I am a resident of a property which might go for redevelopment in few months, I did not wish to be a part of the redevelopment and hence I decided to sell my property. I have a buyer who wishes to purchase the property on loan and thus requires an NOC from the society committee. However the committee is giving hints of denying the grant of NOC under the pretext that since the plot is going under redevelopment, it might cause an issue in the process and hence they cannot grant an NOC. Is there any legal spine based on which the committee members can deny us the NOC. Also as a victim, what legal avenues do I have to fight against the society committee.

Where is the property situated. Has the society approached any developer and has any consent been signed??
the society can issue NOC adn the same is issued on the basis of your payments and all towards the society being cleared. The society cannot stop from issuance of NOC. Give a written application to the society.

Dear Client, you can Approach to your WARD Registrar office for NOC against society, with proper brief and detail why the Society is not providing the NOC to you, or make an application toward the WARD registrar for your NOC.
