What are my rights to stay in my husbands flat

My husband has a flat in Mumbai. We are married for 2 yrs. After 1 month of marriage, he moved abroad. I and my child is living in a rented flat in Mumbai. My sister-in-law is living in my husbands flat. My father in law has Power of attorney of my husband’s flat. My husband is not talking to me from months.
Can I and my child have the legal rights to stay in my husbands flat?
What I can do in this case?

2. Obtain an injunction order against the in laws;
