27-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My parents have self acquired property in the name of my mother. They have isolated me by giving legal notice in paper. And in WILL they named in my brother's name. Can I or my wife or my children claim individual right on it. Please advise. I am Jain Hindu by religion.
