Builder charging 24%interest for late payment but paying 10rs per sq ft for delay in handing over.as per agreement.Is it correct or can I demand 10%interest Pl clarify

Already agreement has been b/w you and the builder is it?, you go through the contents of the agreement whether these clauses are present in it?, for delay in handing over possession so many cases pending in consumer forums and supreme court also gave direction in this regard, according to me you can raise your demand of interest along with other remedy.
