What all documents and approvals I should ask builder for registration

02-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
I had booked a flat at very initial phase of project. During construction builder modified the plan and reduced some area of flat to fix their design problem. Now the time of registration has come. What are the documents and approval I should ask builder before going for registration.

Ask for the allotment letter, provisional allotment letter, and keep all the receipts and sale deed/contract along with you. Also, do this registration. You have to give the copy of that sale deed to the concerned halka patwari who will intimate you for date of mutation. On date of mutation of that area you have to visit that patwar circle. contact me for more details as i need few more information for this matter for detailed advise.

Get d original title deed/s 1st which is a most important document 2ndly obtain the conversion order. Then khata is to be obtained. Then EC is to be obtained. 4th building license with plan. House/bldg tax payment receipt. Then better show d same to an advocate n obtain his opinion. You may proceed only after obtaining his legal opinion.

The most important documents are Commencement Certificate, Completion Certificate and the Occupancy Certificate. The rest will depend on your Builder-Buyer Agreement if executed at the time of booking. For more details you may visit my website http://advocaterk.legal/
