We want to convert property into a hotel

We have 8 acres property in hills station Dhanolti with house.
There are 5 share holders ( cousins).
We want to give the house and property to a Hotel group and convert it into a hotel.
Out of 5 owners, 1 owner does not want to give it to a hotel.
however, we have a majority of 4 owners who want to make it into a hotel.
Is there a way we can proceed even after objection from 1 owner? we are ready to share equal profit with them.
See in your case you all 4 persons can sell your (undivided) portion of the property to Hotel. The fifth person can only demand his share be Demarcated out of the whole lot.
And when the Patwari will do so I think as it happens in most of the such kind of cases the there fifth person will also give his share to the buyer.
Pl note legally no body can pressurise any body to sell his share of land or property.

you need conset of all the owners there is one way that you can do it is you can get the property demarkated and build the hotel on the share of the 4 partners eventually which might lead the 5th partner to agree as well and also if the hotel group is ready to build the hotel on 6.4 acres instead of 8 acres
