we are Hindu and farm fraud has been done by my uncle to my father. he fraudly take the 4 acre farm valued 31 lac from my father, and he didn't give any money nor his farm in return as he promised. the farm was ancestral. this was happend in 2017. so how do i file suit on my uncle. what action should i take on them.
Any ancestral property has to be equally divided, ur uncle cannot take it by fraud . You file a civil suit against him First see whether he has obtained any forged signatures from ur father on any stamp paper or misleads him and has obtained signatures . Also a criminal case can be simultaneously filled against him. Contact me for any help.
